What to Expect at Select Physio
A lot of the people that join our sessions are already known to one of our Physio’s, and the sessions may have been recommended to them as a progression of their rehabilitation, however this isn’t essential. If you are new to us, or to Pilates, Natalie will have a chat with you over the phone to ensure that her sessions are right for you. If you aren’t sure, then she may recommend an initial 1:1 physiotherapy assessment with her, so that she can review your medical history, movement patterns, and goals. This ensures we can recommend the best class level or create a tailored plan just for you.
We offer both mat-based Pilates and standing/seated sessions, depending on your needs.
